Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment received. Return shipping fees apply. All sale items are final sale. Return requests can be submitted through our contact page.

Socks

  • Returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged socks with the original packaging attached.
  • Proof of payment must accompany the return.
  • All socks are subject to inspection. 

Men’s & Women's Underwear

  • Due to health regulations, we do not offer returns on underwear.

Sports Bra

  • Returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged sports bras with the original packaging unopened.
  • Proof of payment must accompany the return.
  • All sports bras are subject to inspection.

Accessories

  • Returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged accessories with the original tags and/or packaging unopened.
  • Proof of payment must accompany the return.

Exchange Policy (In-Store)

  • All products must be unworn, undamaged and with original packaging/tags attached.
  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Products can only be exchanged for the same product type (if original product is unavailable then an exchange with a product of equal or lesser value is permitted).
  • Men’s & Women's underwear are not eligible for exchanges due to health restrictions.

  • All products must be unworn, undamaged and with original packaging/tags attached.
  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase.

Damaged Product

  • New products that arrive damaged will be replaced free of charge.
  • Products damaged during the users opening process (i.e. improper hangtag removal) will not be considered damaged upon arrival.
  • Damaged product notices can be submitted through our contact page.
