What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit card companies such as VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe.

What if I don’t like my product once I receive them?

If you do not like a product once you receive them, please email and we will issue a refund and provide a return label at the customers expense. All socks/ underwear must be unworn for an exchange or refund.

I opened my order and there was a defect, or incorrect item in the package, what do I do?

Please email and our Customer Service team will make it right.

What are your socks made of?

Our socks vary in composition depending on the style, fit, and padding level. Most of our socks use a signature blend of extra durable nylon, premium polyester, spandex, and elastic yarns. If you have questions regarding a specific pair of socks, do not hesitate to reach out to our team at

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders take one day to process. Shipments within Canada take anywhere from 2-7 business days to arrive depending on your proximity to our distribution centre in Victoria, BC.

Tracked vs Non-Tracked packages - When “Free Shipping” or “Lettermail Not tracked” is selected at checkout, your package, depending on size may be shipped without tracking. This does not affect the standard 2-7 business days delivery time.

Express Service - Orders take one day to process. We offer a few express options with different couriers such as FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post. These services can have packages delivered in 1-4 business days depending on your selected option after the one day processing.

International Shipping - We ship all orders internationally via a tracked service with FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post. International shipping may be subject to duties and/ or other applicable taxes depending on your country. Orders may take extra time to be processed through customs regardless of shipping method selected.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $45 CAD. The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout. Free shipping does not apply to international orders at this time.

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping is calculated based on several factors including: number of items order, shipping speed, weight, and destination country. All of these factors will be calculated at checkout for you.

How do I Track my order?

You are able to track your package through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or text. Tracking only applicable to select orders, depending on delivery service selected.

Can I make a change to my order once it has been submitted?

Most orders once submitted are final, however, depending on the time it was submitted we may be able to make a change on a case by case basis. Submit all orders under the assumption that it can not be changed or edited. Please email our customer happiness team at and we will do our best to accommodate any changes needed.

Is your pricing in Canadian Dollars, or US Dollars?

The pricing currency can be adjusted by selecting the Flag in the top right hand corner of our Hompage. All orders will be processed in Canadian Dollars regardless of your location or region.

What Is Your Warranty Policy?

We stand behind our products 100%, but with socks and underwear they face a lot of wear and tear on a day to day basis depending on how they are worn, for what purpose, and for how long.

I want to sign-up for the sock subscription, but I am unsure of what designs I will get.

Our monthly sock subscription is a new one of a kind sock each month that is not sold on our website, or through any of our other sales channels. You will be one of a special number of people to have each month’s exclusive pair delivered to your door with free shipping!

I don’t like the pair I received in my monthly sock subscription, what can I do?

Since we curate a new pair every month for the subscription, we try our best to please everyone's sock palate, however, sometimes the design may not be your favourite. If this is the case, we encourage you to gift the pair to a friend, colleague, or family member so they can enjoy the awesomeness of the monthly subscription. Refunds, and or exchanges are not accepted for the monthly subscription service.

How do I change my sock height, cancel, or skip a month for my subscription?

You can change your sock height, cancel, or skip a month for the subscription by logging into your customer portal HERE. Please note that if you did not create an account upon checking out with your subscription you will not be able to adjust these. In this case, please email and we would be happy to help you out.
